CuCina=CuCina + escape('§Motivation: For the best project – if not the only one – which sets out from a cultural theme and a contemporary trend (Italy – China and the Western world – East: inspiration and contamination), and goes on to develop its furnishing characteristics, while attributing a value to decoration (in the sense of colour and texture), which is both aesthetic and functional.  This project contains a number of useful indications for commercial purposes: an observant study of the trend regarding contaminations between Italy and China; a study of Chinese patterns; the production of a 3D finish which, due to its very nature, also reutilises its waste; playing with colour and finishes to identify working areas')

This project satisfies the trend of recent years calling for a well-planned space that communicates with the other rooms in the home, so that kitchen and living room become one single environment, devoid of formal restrictions and conducive to an informal and easygoing lifestyle')

XKitchen=XKitchen + escape('§Motivation: For the idea of a compact and integrated cooking system of pleasing pared-down design, which is functional to use and well lends itself to industrial production.  With its practical interplay of reclining tops, it also highlights one of the innumerable uses of Vapsint gas springs.  In fact, the central block employs both freely moving standard gas springs, and innovative gas springs that may be blocked in the fully open or fully closed position, as well as hydraulic dampers which facilitate the opening of drawers and lower storage units')
